No. Trit Labs apps don't use accounts, logins, or profiles, and we never ask for your name, email, or other contact details. Each app's data practices are described in its own privacy policy on the Legal page.
Purchases in our apps are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Open the menu's Remove Ads row and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
The free version shows ads (Google AdMob), which collects device identifiers and ad‑interaction data to serve and measure ads — you can decline tracking when iOS asks, and the one‑time Remove Ads purchase eliminates ads (and that data collection) entirely. The game also uses anonymous gameplay analytics you can turn off in Settings → Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
